At MIBB, it’s about you. When you walk through our doors, you are met by people who genuinely care and who are empowered to do what’s right for you. If they don’t have an answer, they will find one. If you simply need a cup of coffee and someone to listen, it’s our pleasure to pour you a cup and pull up a chair.

You will periodically see new faces at our locations. We go out of our way to hire people who realize there’s more to a customer relationship than money. Our Redefining Simple principles are embedded in our culture and set exceptional standards for how we do business and treat our customers. Our hope is that you are having a brighter day when you walk out the door of the Bank than you were when you walked in.

It is a source of great pride that MIBB employees are passionate about serving in our communities. You’ll see them mentoring at local schools, hosting a food drive, teaching kids to save or serving meals at a local shelter. We encourage you to roll up your sleeves, join us in volunteering and discover the same joy that we have found in serving others.
