Over the next few months, you will notice the image and pass phrase that you would typically see in the process of logging into your online banking account will be phased out and will no longer display on your password page. New advanced security measures will be added to protect your account, so the image and pass phrase will be no longer necessary.
Effective Monday, April 21, 2018, you will be able to easily and reliably verify the site’s identity and security by looking for the green website address bar at the top of the page. The new security measure prompts web browsers to display a green address bar and our site provider’s name (Fiserv, Inc.).
These new security features will seamlessly verify your computer and/or other devices that you consistently use for online banking, such as your tablet or smart phone. If you have questions or concerns regarding your online banking, please contact Customer Care at 331-3100.
